Software Overview

IES Software Team is responsible for the development of IES commercial software products as well as offering database services, access to market data and software solutions to specific problems.

The Software Team brings together people with extensive experience in managing large software developments, database design and data warehousing and linear programming, as well as experience in the issues associated with software utilisation in energy markets.

The development methodologies and mathematical logic utilised by the Software Team also draws heavily on input from our Advisory Service Team.

The design principle of all our products is to support decision making by providing “insight” and “meaning” as expedient and transparent as possible.
